Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. It takes an estimated total of 6-9 business days to receive your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order via the tracking portal on our website.
Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
My order arrived damaged.
We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@thesavingsnet.com with photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Where should I mail my return?
All returns must be authorized by our support team first. Once your request is approved and you have received instructions, you will mail the item to our facility at: 7106 Gateway Circle, Scarborough, ME 04074. Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
