Return Window
Customers in the continental United States have the right to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Return Instructions
- Notify Us: To initiate a return, email our customer service at support@thesavingsnet.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions for your return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Packaging and Shipping
- Place the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.
- Include any provided return authorization forms or documentation.
- Arrange shipping with a carrier of your choice (with tracking) as per the provided instructions.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for securing and paying for all return shipping labels and associated costs.
Specific Conditions for Returns
- Change of Mind: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please do not ship it back immediately. Contact us at support@thesavingsnet.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you directly on a resolution, replacement, or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and process a swift resolution.
- Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate a carrier investigation. If the item is lost and unresolved, we will issue a full refund.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.
Refund Timelines and Processing
- Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approval.
- Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- For health and safety reasons, items such as kitchenware and linens must be returned in their original, unopened packaging
Shipping Methods and Fees
- Carrier: We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
